Registry representatives in conversation in a meeting room

Your question is not listed?

Our team is happy to help.

No. GRX is designed to integrate with existing systems via APIs, interfaces and adaptors – without requiring you to rebuild your registry platform.

You do. Each participating registry keeps full responsibility for its records and decides what it makes available, to whom and on which terms.

Participation in GRX is subject to an eligibility review by GRX – we verify each applicant’s role, credentials and the participation requirements before connecting. Once authorised to join, participants can access available registry services, subject to the permissions, agreements and conditions that each registry sets. You decide which data you make available, which participants may access it and for which purposes. You can review and adjust these settings at any time.

Your registry remains the authoritative home of your data. GRX only acts as the central exchange layer. Information is transmitted on request between the requesting and the source registry. Beyond the exchange itself, GRX only handles what is operationally necessary, such as transaction metadata and audit records for security, billing and transparency purposes. Your source records stay with your registry.
